1.0Una estafa. Ya lo he puesto en conocimiento de la alta dirección del grupo hotelero propietario y de las autoridades de consumo españolas para turistas en el extranjero. Sucio, personal pésimo y discutiendo con los clientes.
− Todo. No me gustó nada. Me cobraron 21 € por una Coca Cola servida de una botella de 2 litros sin gas. No hacían la limpieza de habitaciones. No había toallas. No hicieron la cama durante todo el alojamiento. Como ustedes tienen Semejante hotel. Una estafa. Iba a llamar a la policía porque el director no estaba y los conserjes eran maleducados, no querían identificarse etc.

− Algunos de los empleados no son tan serviciales . El gimnasio no está abierto las 24 horas , sería ideal que funcionara a cualquier hora , pues abre desde 6:30 am y compromete el tiempo para turistear si uno quiere ir

− We checked into room 607 which was not well cleaned and had stains on floor. Moved to room 606. Both rooms has rooms that weee a little worn.
Convenient and very nice hotel, close to train station and city center
10.0The Hotel is both easy to reach from the train station as well as from the center. I recommend to take the street close to the hill to go to the center, it is straight and easy to follow, it brings you directly to the area with coffee shops and restaurants before you reach the river. We had a very nice room on the corner with large windows on 2 sides. Bathroom was large, bed was confortable, you can do your tee and coffee in the room. Breakfeast was great, other than the usual breakfast food (cheese and ham, omlete and eggs, pancakes etc.) you can enjoy as well vegetables, beans and sausages.
