8.0Das Hotel liegt für Bahnhof und Altstadt ganz ordentlich. Das Zimmer war angenehm und sauber. Der Fitnessraum war für hohe Temperaturen sehr gut klimatisiert.
− Das Personal wirkte abgelenkt und wollte mich erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage einchecken. Mir gegenüber taten die Damen so, als ob sie mich nicht verstehen würden. Untereinander sprachen sie aber durchaus Deutsch.

Salzburg ist immer eine Reise wert und die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung, wenngleich der Verkehrslärm deutlich hörbar w
6.0Relativ gute Lage, gute Busverbindung, gutes Frühstück.
− Sonnenschutzjalousie funktionierte nur manchmal, Sicherung flog auf dem ganzen Stockwerk raus, Müll im Badezimmer war bei Anreise noch vom Vorgänger voll und wurde auch nach Reklamation nicht geleert, Toilettenbrille nicht fest und wackelig, Badezimmer teils unsauber, Wasser auf dem Fußboden (undichte Duschwand). Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation erfolgte keine Ausbesserung der Mängel.
