− I arrived around 11 am and went to the reception to check in, the first response was.. we don't do early check ins. I know i can not use my room until 3 pm, but any other hotel i used around the world welcomed me, checked me in and gave me an estimated time when the room would be ready. I thought the way, and tone the receptionist spoke to me was not welcoming at all. The room had carpet, very dark and smelly, the upholstered chair in my room had a lot of stains, it didn't feel clean. This has nothing to do with the cleaning staff, but the overal "old" furniture.
I'll be back..
