− Door was awkward to open (had to lift handle up, which is inconvenient if you have anything in your hands), room refrigerator made a noticeable whine, had to unplug it

− The water pressure was lacking and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The equipment in the fitness center needs maintenance; the peloton is missing the pedals and the elliptical shakes badly at higher speeds.

9.0Everything was amazing! I went with my family including two dogs because our air conditioning went out and we needed somewhere cool to stay. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. It was a quiet, peaceful hotel and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. You will not be disappointed if you stay there.
