My stay was super pleasant and impeccable
10.0I liked the variety of food at the buffet during breakfast time. The staff service was very efficient and helpful. Also, throughout the day there was coffee, water and goodies close to the reception. The staff at the reception was very informative and provided me with wonderful insights about the city. The morning I was leaving was quite early and they took the care to call me a taxi to the airport and also prepare me bags with a complete breakfast. I really appreciated the gest. The location was perfect as I was able to walk to all my meeting points. I would love to go back with family or friends and have a meaningfull time in Bordeaux.

A charming hotel with comfortable rooms, attentive service, and an excellent location.
10.0I booked two rooms: a single room for myself and a double room for my elderly parents. Prior to our arrival, I contacted the hotel to request a comfortable room with a view for them. The hotel kindly accommodated this request, allocating us beautiful rooms overlooking the rooftops of Bordeaux towards the cathedral, for which I am very grateful. The rooms were tastefully furnished, and highly comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the city centre on foot, while also being conveniently close to the airport tram line (about a 10 minute walk). Stéphane at reception was very friendly and answered all of our questions about Bordeaux. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on it. I recommend this hotel.

5.0− Vi fick nycklar till ett rum där det redan bodde gäster. Mycket obehagligt. Mycket trassel innan vi till slut fick ett rum som var ledigt. Mycket rörigt i front desk.
