Lovely. Some staff at desk were friendly and polite but a couple were grouchy. Unnecessary.
9.0Room 151 was exceptionally good except for hand held shower hook was broken. Room 150 was not. Too much noise all night from outside and the second floor and next door. Didn’t sleep very much in 150. The shower in 150 ridiculous…long and narrow with faucet in the center…unpractical.

If looking for an easy xcellent location staffed by friendly, knowledgeable staff, this is the spot for you.
10.0Terrific location. The view of the bridge of sighs from our room is as magical. From the chandeliers to the Venetian marble, we felt surrounded by decadence! Roberto was not just a friendly staff member, but cooked up a spectacular breakfast!
