9.0Sijainti on erinomainen, ihan lähellä vanhaakaupunkia ja Wavelin linnan vieressä. Huoneet olivat erittäin siistit, käytännölliset ja puhtaat. Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja puhui erinomaisesti englantia.
− Aamiaisbuffetin valikoima oli suomalaiseen makuun suppea - esimerkiksi maitotuotteita, tuoreita vihanneksia ja hedelmiä oli varsin vähän. Tavallinen tummapaahtoinen suodatinkahvi olisi maistunut paremmalta kuin koneesta saatavat erikoiskahvit. Keski- ja Etelä-Euroopassa tällainen on kyllä varsin tyypillistä hotelleissa.
