− Night staff indifferent, not friendly. Rude bar staff. Friendly helpful cleaners. Had to tape cardboard to door jamb to close the toilet door without loud noise.

10.0We booked a room with a view of the Parliament, and our room was on the second floor! The view was absolutely spectacular! At first, I was a little disappointed that we weren’t on a higher floor, but as soon as I saw the room, I realized that this was actually the best floor for such an amazing view. The room was clean, all the toiletries were provided, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent! I’m absolutely delighted that I chose this hotel!
