− A blood stain on the bed linen, representing a direct biological hazard. 2. Heavy mold odor and visible mold growth in the bathroom. 3. The shower handle falling off the wall. 4. A loose, broken toilet seat.
Breakfast could do better and could do with more staff

− The lack of staff. Really not good enough to have 1 person at desk and one at breakfast. Also when we got there we had to wait 2,5h after 3pm as rooms weren’t ready

− Que nafie hablaba español, la unica persona que se salva es el mesero, la limpieza no existe en la habitacion, solo entraron he hicieron las vamas pero dejaron la basura no la botaron, el baño se tapa y la regadera de telefono en la mangera riene fuga de agua, el desayuno bastante malo, y nada variafo, el pan dulce no estaba fresco, oastima porque conozco la cadena y este hotel me decepcionó

− La limpieza de la habitación no ocurrió todos los días, sino que solo a partir de la segunda noche de estadía. Eso podría estar mejor.
