− The elevator is used by the staff, Room cleaning is not up to standard and Some staff are not friendly
Seattle is a great city, I just wish everything did not close down at 8:00 pm
8.01 Hotel is at a great location.We could walk to all the sites. They do not offer breakfast with their package, which is a shame, it costs so little to provide breakfast especially when you are paying over a $400 a night. Even a continental breakfast would be good.
− The coffee machine did not work and no one could tell us how to work it. Anyway all the coffee was decaffeinated and when we asked house keeping to bring us caffeinated, they brought us more decaffeinated coffee. They did not speak English at all, I think they should learn a little English to help them with their job.

− Все абсолютно , начиная от персонала и валета, заканчивая чистотой и удобствами номеров , уже не говорю о стоимости и списании денег непонятно за что

10.0Stayed here for a business trip and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made my stay easy. The valet service was quick, professional, and very attentive. Special shoutout to CJ for the excellent customer service! Everyone went above and beyond to make everything smooth. I would definitely stay here again.
