Staff was excellent. Thrilled that my son's dog could visit.

− First room had a smell and transition from carpet bedroom to bathroom was difficult for a wheelchair to manage. Kind of a large speed bump.

9.0J'ai aimé l'accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Le service du petit déjeuner était parfait. Je ne suis pas habitué à ce style de petit déjeuner et le personnel m'a expliqué le contenu de chaque menu. J'ai aimé qu'on nous apporte de l'eau à notre arrivée
− Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'il faille demander le nettoyage de la chambre à l'accueil. J'ai l'habitude de la France et l'Europe et ie ménage est fait tous les jours sans demander
