10.0Excelente ubicación, al lado de la estación de tren y autobús. Bonita piscina, el personal muy atento y amable. La habitación muy espaciosa, y cómoda. Y el desayuno completo y variado. Los camareros superamables.

10.0The staff were amazing. We particularly liked Juan and Alejandro behind the bar and Ismael and Maria-Rosa at breakfast. The breakfast patio area was good. The selection of breakfast foods was excellent. The pool and surrounding area was very clean. The cleaners for our room (4th floor) were fantastic. Although it was not directly applicable to us, the hotel is extremely inclusive and should be proud of this.
− The gluten free area needs a dedicated toaster for breakfast. Also the porridge was near fresh fruits which makes cross contamination an issue. We had a slight issue with the shower door seal but managed with extra towels.

− The receptionist who welcomed us was extremely unpleasant and made us feel very uncomfortable. Her attitude and the way she spoke to us were disrespectful and condescending, to the point that I felt her behavior might have been discriminatory. Her facial expressions and manner of speaking made us feel as though we were being treated like we were inferior or unwelcome. This was a very upsetting experience, especially as hotel guests. You may review the security camera footage from the reception area to see the interaction and the way we were treated. I kindly ask the hotel management to look into this matter seriously.
