10.0O hotel tem localização excepcional, próximo ao terminal de onibus e uns 300m da vila principal. O transfer e welcome drink cortesias são um grande diferencial. A psicina e area comum são ótimas. Os itens de higiene pessoal eram de muito boa qualidade, tendo até kit de barbear/depilação no quarto. A pizza do hotel é muito boa. Mas o grande diferencial é a vista do quarto, um por do sol incrível!
− O quarto era pequeno, sendo um pouco apertado para uma casal com duas malas de mão e uma de 23kg, mas nada que particularmente atrapalhe a experiência.

Disappointing
5.0The property itself was nice and well located. The overall stay was comfortable, and the facilities were as expected. We only stayed for one night, so I can’t comment extensively, but overall the property was fine.
− Unfortunately, the staff communication was the main disappointment. I found the person handling the chat to be quite rude and dismissive on multiple occasions. There may have been some misunderstanding, but I travelled extensively around Greece during the same trip and never experienced this kind of communication elsewhere. When our shuttle was delayed, I simply asked for an update and was told that it was a shuttle and not a private transfer, which felt unnecessarily dismissive. Later, when I asked how we would return after our dinner reservation, my question was somehow interpreted as wanting to cancel, and the arrangement was cancelled without informing me first. Thankfully, everything worked out, but it could easily have caused a problem. Since I had booked the property for my birthday, I was hoping for a warmer and more welcoming experience. The property itself was fine, but the staff interaction definitely affected the overall experience.
