Highly recommend this lovely hotel
9.0The location by the lake, away from the city centre but within walking distance, was perfect for me. The room was fabulous, with nice decor and furniture and everything you need, including a desk and a safe, and a pretty garden view. A secure parking area for my bicycle was an extra bonus. The staff were available 24 hrs and were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also great.
− The only minor issue was that noise carried from the reception area to my room along the corridor on the ground floor so that I was woken early by the normal conversation of daytime staff arriving in the morning. They were not loud but I am a light sleeper. Next time, I will ask for room upstairs.

8.0Das Ambiente und der Stil des Hotels und Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und ordentlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage an der Alster ist unbezahlbar und die Erreichbarkeit zu U Bahn war gut, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
− Beim Frühstück war zwar alles da was man brauchte, aber es wurde manchmal nicht nachgelegt, z.b. Rührei oder Speck, sodass nicht alle Gäste in den Genuss kamen.
