Kaunis ajaloolise dekooriga hotell

Hotell on väga kaunis, ajaloolise ja luksusliku dekooriga ning hubase sisekujundusega. Tuba oli mugav ja hästi varustatud – eriti meeldis suur ning mõnus voodi, head padjad ja töötav konditsioneer (meie peatumise ajal oli väljas 30-34 kraadi sooja). Samuti olid olemas kõik vajalikud tualett-tarbed, hommikumantlid, sussid ja muud mugavused, mida peatumise ajal võib vaja minna. Hommikusöök oli väga hea ja mitmekesine, pakkudes piisavalt valikut ka pikema peatumise jooksul. Eriti meeldis meile, et hommikusöögi hinna sees oli võimalik tellida ka lisamenüüst ning omlett ja praemuna valmistati vastavalt kliendi soovile. Soovime tänada ka sõbralikke ja abivalmeid hommikusöögi teenindajaid. Hotelli asukoht jääb küll peamistest vaatamisväärsustest veidi eemale, kuid väga hea transpordiühendus ülejäänud linnaga kompenseerib selle kenasti.

− Sõbraliku tähelepanekuna tooksime välja tubade koristuse. Viibisime hotellis peaaegu nädal aega ning selle aja jooksul oli meie toa korrastamine pigem minimaalne. Ühel korral olid öökapile jäänud määrdunud klaasid ning märkasime, et mõned lauapinnad ei olnud päris puhtad juba meie saabumisel. Hoidsime ka ise tuba võimalikult puhtana, kuid pikema peatumise jooksul tekib paratamatult põrandale veidi puru ning peeglitele või muudele pindadele jälgi. Oleksime oodanud, et vähemalt korra peatumise jooksul tehakse toas põhjalikum puhastus – tõmmatakse põrand tolmuimejaga üle ning puhastatakse korralikult peeglid ja lauapinnad. Samuti tundus, et mööbel ja vannituba vajaksid kohati veidi põhjalikumat hooldust, näiteks olid mõned vuugivahed määrdunud, üks segisti lasi vett läbi. Need on pigem väikesed detailid, kuid viietärnihotelli puhul on ootused teeninduse ja tubade korrashoiu osas paratamatult kõrgemad. Sellest hoolimata ei lasknud me sellel oma meeleolu rikkuda ning kahtlemata külastaksime hotelli teinegi kord.

Very nice experience at the reception once arrived. The hotel staff met us literally the second we left the taxi and took our suitcases. Very helpful staff. Helped to book the restaurant, showed a way to the room, spa, explained whats inside the hotel. Welcome drink - small things which made our arrival very pleasant. Very nice bartender at the lobby area, kind and helpful. Room was groomed even when we were away just for 1 hour. Very satisfied. Pleasant experience

− Very small and hings only: the spa area was a bit too small and crowded with the air was a bit stuffy. Otherwise all very good with the hotel

Not 5-star and not good location

Lobby was beautiful

− Not a 5 star hotel. 4 star, yes. But not 5 Our terrace faced the mechanical equipment of the hotel and there were cigarette butts and other garbage out there. The outdoor furniture was a bit weathered There we places in the room that needed painting or treatment for mold. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. I thought I was going to break a bone getting in and out of the tub. My husband had to stand watch. There was no sofa in the room eventhough that was in the room description. The hallways were dingy and ugly - certainly not up to 5 star standards. The concierge did not email back or call back with requested information. The location is not ideal. We had to walk 20-30 minutes to get everywhere. The New York Cafe is lovely but the food was ordinary and the staff unwelcoming.

The hotel was amazing especially with room service, hotel majestic design with one of the nicest restaurants attached to it, New York Cafe.
