− Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang. Frühstücksbüffet wird nicht nachgefüllt, Personal sehr unaufmerksam, 2.Kaffee muss extra bezahlt werden. Für diesen hohen Zimmerpreis haben wir etwas anderes erwartet.

Lovely accommodation in a great location, with a plentiful breakfast.
10.0The location is right in the heart of Sorrento, close to the action on the pedestrian only street, walkable to all the main areas. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety and the staff was attentive to keeping the dishes full. The room was cozy and clean. Although there were stairs to get to our room since the elevator didn’t go to that floor, the staff offered to bring our luggage both ways. The breakfast room could be used as a sitting area later in the day to enjoy the outdoors from the second level veranda of the hotel. The common areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated.
− There was a musty smell in our room the first night we stayed; when we brought it to the attention of the attendant at the desk he explained that the cause was from the large amount of rain that Sorrento had in recent days and that the cleaning staff would address the situation. When we got back to our room that day, the musty smell was gone replaced with a fresh scent.
