− Room view was supposed to go be a pool it was construction no coffee the shop in side that served it was never open early the pool was only Open from 10am-6 pm I tried to get a manager and they were never there when was told they would be. They advertise hooters it’s shut down. The front door was literally off the hinges homeless all around front. Housekeeping never once came and asked to clean or give towels.

Le lit était confortable et j'ai eu un bon de réduction de 10$

− Je suis arrivée par avion dans la nuit et j'étais souffrante (migraine très importante dû au voyage). J'ai d'abord eu une chambre au 3e étage (heureusement), un problème d'ascenseur m'a obligé à y monter à pied. La chambre non seulement n'était pas faite mais en plus elle était sale. Clairement quelqu'un venait de la quitter le lit était défait sale et des serviettes de toilette humide jonchaient le sol. Je redescends (à pied) au guichet on me donne une autre chambre (et un bon de reduction de 10 $ dans les restaurants de l'hôtel, merci :) ) La nouvelle chambre était propre (ouf) mais j'entendais à 2h du matin la télévision dans la chambre voisine, le son était fort, ce son de télé n'a pas cessé jusqu'à 11h que je quitte ma chambre, mais en plus se sont rajoutés des aboiements de chien. J'ai été réveillé par ceux ci plusieurs fois entre 7 et 10h du matin. Ma migraine n'avait pas cessé et je suis partie absolument pas reposée (mais j'ai pu prendre un bon milkshake en bas).

Wouldn’t come back. This hotel used to be much better, but unfortunately awful now.

I like the pool and the location.

− Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with our stay. The front desk staff member we interacted with was quite rude and unwelcoming. Parking was an additional charge and felt very overpriced, especially on top of the room rate. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom in particular was very dirty, with hair left on the floor, and it did not feel like it had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The soap dispensers were also empty and had not been refilled. We called the front desk to request additional towels and were told they would be brought up, but unfortunately, no one ever came. The pool was also closed for one of the days during our stay without any explanation. Overall, the cleanliness and service were well below what we expected and made the stay disappointing.

− A receptionist took 113 dollars as a resort fee, which was not necessary, they promised to give it back at the beginning of July……and what a surprise they did not till today, I DO NOT RECOMMEND,, seems to me like a scam
