3.0Rommet var helt ok. Greit beliggenhet med gangavstand til både stranda og Lloret de mar sentrum.
− Hotellet valgte å holde bassenget stengt hele uka vi var der. Dette begrunnet de med uværet som hadde vært uka i forveien. Det samme gjaldt det andre Samba-hotellet i området. Det som da er rart er at alle de andre hotellene i område/ nabolaget som vi hadde innsyn til hadde åpne basseng hele uka. Dette opplevdes svært lite kundevennlig, og bidro til stor frustrasjon. Solsengene var også fjernet fra bassengområdet. Man kan ikke stenge for sesongen mens man har hotellet fullt av gjester.. Frokosten var elendig. Det skal så lite til for å skape en bra frokost, litt oppskåret grønnsaker og frukt.. Ferske rundstykker etv. Juice og kaffe av en viss kvalitet.. Dette var den dårligste hotellfrokosten jeg har opplevd.

8.0De kamer was recentelijk vernieuwd, mooi en schoon.
− We zijn op doorreis met een klein hondje en hebben hier één nacht geslapen. Tot zover prima, alleen jammer dat we apart moesten ontbijten omdat ons hondje niet de ontbijtzaal in mocht, wat ik volkomen begrijp, maar het niet mogelijk was om samen buiten te ontbijten. We moesten hem maar op de kamer laten. Dit doen we niet omdat hij sinds hij doof is erg bang is en alles bij elkaar blaft wanneer hij alleen is. Daar zit denk ik niemand op te wachten.
