− I am very disappointed that an additional €200 was charged to my card at check-in, on top of the total cost of my stay. To make matters worse, there isn’t even a bottle of water in the room, and as for the empty minibar, I’d rather not even comment. Please bear on mind that you have mice on a terrace lf the bar.

− Ich finde es nicht OK das man nach Kroatien fährt und das ...das Personal nicht kroatisch spricht sondern 50% nur Englisch
