10.0The staff is amazing, especially the reception team - the young man with the mustache, Norbert and the lady with dark hair and glasses. They are extremely professional, fun and friendly. Always nice to see them again.
− Certain room upgrades (style) and a bit more modern would be great, but rather than that - everything works well.

10.0Everything is amazing, especially the reception staff. Very knowledgeable, fun, friendly and they speak perfect English, Hungarian etc.
− Certain parts of the shower (faucets) etc. are functional, but I think need replacement. Some furniture / TV upgrades wouldn´t hurt either. But that is just a "nice to have"...
