10.0Locația a fost bună. Personalul a fost amabil. A fost a curat în cameră. Patul confortabil. Frigider în cameră. Internetul a mers bine și e gratuit. Ne-a plăcut că puteam să luăm apă potabilă gratuit de la recepție, era un dozator de apă. Am primit în fiecare zi fierul de călcat, fără a ni se lua garanție. Ni s-a părut drăguț că într-o dimineață am primit cornuri de la recepție. A fost liniște, zonă bună. Când am ajuns, am observat că era suportul de la săpunul lichid de la chiuvetă spart și furtunul de la duș rupt, am anunțat la recepție și au rezolvat aceste lucruri luni, fiindcă în weekend nu era nimeni care să ne ajute. Am apreciat că au rezolvat cele menționate. Ceea ce a fost ciudat pentru noi și nu am mai întâlnit la o altă cazare, deși am stat 7 nopți, nu ni s-a făcut niciodată curat în cameră, nu ni s-au schimbat prosoapele, lenjeria, hârtie igienică a trebuit să cerem de la recepție. La final a trebuit să strângem singuri gunoiul și să îl ducem la recepție. Am înțeles că aceasta este politica lor. Prețul destul de mare pentru ceea ce oferă hotelul. Dar per total a fost ok ca și cazare. Mulțumim frumos! 🤗
