8.0Lokacija, stil, priroda, osoblje koje ispunjava sve zelje, arhitektura, dobar dorucak.
− Interijer ne prati vanjsku ljepotu, po meni hotel je spreman za obnovu iznutra. Cekanje na parking (aparat). Nedostatak hotelskog bara.

9.0朝食のビュッフェは種類豊富でとても美味しく、朝食会場も豪華で美しい。コモ湖やコモラーゴ駅、フェリー乗り場からすぐ近く、立地が良いため観光途中の休憩にも便利。ベッドの寝心地も良かった。朝食会場のスタッフはアジア人相手でも差別なく窓の近くの湖の見える席に案内してくれていた。
− 同じタイプの部屋を同じ料金で2部屋予約したが、片方はバスタブがなかった。案内写真ではバスタブ付きの部屋に見えたので少し残念だった。
Located in the heart of Como with superb access to everything
9.0Brilliant room that’s been well designed. We overlooked the lake. First-ever hotel bathroom that has bench space. First room ever that has a shower only with no bath which is also perfect. Staff are great and breakfast is so good with the best selection of fruit I have ever seen in a hotel. You also can not ask for a more perfect location
