10.0Our stay at Grand Hotel San Pietro in Taormina was truly exceptional and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and incredibly peaceful, with breathtaking views over the sea and a wonderful atmosphere throughout. However, what impressed us most was the service. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after. Everyone was warm, attentive and professional, while still making the experience feel very personal. We were travelling as a family with our young daughter, and the kindness and attention shown to us made the stay even more special. It is the small details and the genuine care from the staff that we will remember most. The rooms, breakfast, pool area, gardens and spectacular views all contributed to an unforgettable experience. The hotel manages to feel luxurious without being pretentious, which is something we particularly appreciated. We have stayed at many five-star hotels over the years, and Grand Hotel San Pietro genuinely stands out. It is one of those places you leave already thinking about when you can return. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our time in Taormina so memorable. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sicily.

9.0Everything. Pool and view are great. The renovations are beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. Beautiful breakfast area as well as the bars. Staff are friendly and helpful.
