− The absence of electric sockets, no fridge, defective hair drier.
The Ibis is an excellent place to stay , very safe, great outside bar area -
8.0The hotel is well located , walking distance from the station or use the Number 1 tram. Breakfast was fabulous with both hot and cold food options , set in a lovely room Which was bright and welcoming. The hotel gas large bath towels of very good quality . The number 1 tram outside takes you to all sights - very easy to go to Duomo area.

Friendly and efficient staff at check-in.
7.0The staff made the check-in process smooth and we were allowed to check-in early after along flight from Australia. The buffet breakfast was good value.
− Our room was too small and we had trouble to layout our things and we only had two suitcases. So the price we paid for the room wasn’t the best value.
