Great location friendly staff but attention to customer issues required
7.0The location was prime. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was quite reasonable. And the hotel was quite clean.
− Our room had a terrible odour, which we explained at the beginning, but nothing was done about it. They were allowed banging sounds above our room late evening and early morning which also went unexplained.
