1.0The property itself was beautiful and was in a great central location.
− There was an awful smell in our room coming from the air conditioning. We asked to move rooms and had the exact same issue in the next room. We had to leave the windows open to try and get rid of the smell but it was extremely overpowering and given the red heat alert meant we found the room extraordinarily hot.
A most memorable stay in beautiful Ortigia !
10.0Palazzo Artemide was one of the best places we’ve been fortunate enough to stay in. It is centrally located in the Centro storico making all sights easily accessible on foot. A massive shout out to all the wonderfully helpful staff at reception, room service & in the restaurant
