9.0Appena arrivati ci hanno accolto con sorriso e gioia, inoltre ci hanno regalato una magnifica sorpresa, la stanza vista mare! lo staff in generale tutti simpatici e disponibili, ringraziamo tutti. L’hotel è bellissimo, stile moderno, camere pulite, cibo buono e con parecchia scelta
− Unica cosa negativa, in sala da pranzo, si apprezzerebbe che sul cibo vengano messe coperture perché spesso e volentieri si posavano gruppi di moscerini su alcuni pasti e veniva da non mangiarli. Siamo rimasti delusi solo su questo aspetto, abbastanza importante

10.0El mejor hotel de Lloret de Mar, es nuevo. Desde que llegamos nos recibieron con una hermosa sorpresa y un upgrade, nos trataron tan bien que queremos volver! Son muy amables y atentos, las instalaciones son detalladamente hermosas y estéticas, la piscina privada es otro mundo! Muy contentas con haber elegido este hotel para vacacionar en la Costa brava,lo recomiendo mil veces!
Wenn es eine Besserung geben sollte für das Internet 🛜 und etwas mal abwechselnd essen 🥘 und nicht immer das gleiche
6.0Alles außer das Essen wahr immer das gleiche aber die Damen wahr sehr freundlich und haben dafür gesorgt dass abwechselnd Essen gab Pizza 😊 das wahr sehr nett von der Dame
