Desayuno muy completo y variado,la atención de los meseros excelente! En los restaurantes de especialidad muy amables todos y comida deliciosa, en Flama mi bebé se quedo dormido y el mesero amablemente nos junto dos sillones para que el pudiera dormir y nosotros comer agusto 10/10

− Al momento de entregar la habitación estaría mejor que nos dieran mas tiempo de usar las instalaciones porque algunos como yo teníamos vuelo más tarde y solo permitían 1 hora más después de haberla entregado para estar ahí

We had the absolute best time on our family vacation!! All of the service was FANTASTIC everywhere we went!! Special thanks to David, Antony, and Michelle in the entertainment; Flores and Felix in the Enclave bar, and Baak and Carlos- the waiters at the pool! We loved every minute of our time here! Great place to stay and enjoy with the family!! This place fill up. Our expectations ,, everything and every one was amazing!! Staring with my check in !! Pablo was exceptional. Alex Diaz in the restaurant !! Wish I can remember everyone’s name !! Hosted at the restaurants ,cristifer at the steak house!!! We enjoy the Michael Jackson show !!!super cool!! Definitely we will come back!!!we love you guys! Entire team!!!thank u

Fantastic family holiday at this resort. Staff - amazing. In particular Zeus, Baak, Daniel, Gerry, Juli and Darwin who looked after us all day the the pool areas. Pool area - massive and never struggled for a lounger if there before midday Food/drinks - in the main very good. The main restaurant excellent for breakfast and lunch. The 4 other restaurants were all very good too - definitely excellent value for money. We tried the hibachi which is a must. The coffee shop/cafe on the ground floor is excellent. The cocktails were really good in the main, less so if ordered at the pool area mind you as it seemed to depend on the waiter as to whether the taste was right etc. however at the bars/restaurants inside they were usually spot on and the beer was also very good - even after 10 days it was still enjoyable. Rooms - faultless and cleaned every day. Our only complaint was the evening entertainment. The bar closes very abruptly before 11pm and even for a family with 2 young kids this felt too early. The entertainment itself was mixed - good some nights, less so others. We upgraded to enclave which got us a move to a beach view room. It was worth it for that but if you’re not bothered about the room view necessarily then I do not think the other benefits are necessarily worth it. You’re not missing out on anything with Chala Bar and the enclave lounge had very little atmosphere. Overall though we were delighted with our stay and I’d be surprised if we do not return again next year.

Beware!! What I thought would be a luxurious stay in a top end hotel turned out to be an awful experience. Somebody in the hotel who has access to the rooms is a thief. Anything which you don't want taking put in your safe! I had left out my makeup bag to return to my room and find that it had been rummaged through and items had been taken. I placed a report with the staff who were not interested for the case to be closed and no explanation for my missing items!
