A fantastic location in the heart of NYC and a great place to stay while exploring everything Times Square and Manhattan
10.0The location was excellent! Being right in the heart of Times Square made exploring New York City incredibly convenient. We loved having restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and major attractions within walking distance. The hotel offered a great home base for our NYC vacation, and the central location made our experience even more enjoyable.
− Being in such a busy part of Manhattan comes with some expected drawbacks, including heavy pedestrian traffic and street noise. However, these are understandable given the hotel’s prime location. Overall, there was nothing significant about the property itself that negatively impacted our stay.

− bedsheets were stained, pillow case was stained, bathroom toilet was not clean upon check-in had pee and toilet paper in bowl, tiles on bathroom floor cracked and sharp with bare feet, valet parking returned our vehicle with major scratches and a big dent

9.0Top Lage. Sehr zentral und nur wenige Schritte vom Times Square. Extra Ausgang zur 42. Straße. Neue Ausstattung. Sehr schnelle Aufzüge, praktisch kaum Wartezeiten.
− Es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war zur Ankunftszeit noch nicht fertig - dafür gab es allerdings 100 Dollar fürs Restaurant. Der Zimmerservice kommt und auch nicht.
