Un’ottima base a Manhattan, ma con alcune lacune per un 5 stelle
7.0- Posizione imbattibile: La posizione è indubbiamente il punto di forza principale dell'hotel. Perfetta per muoversi a Manhattan, vicina a tutto e comodissima per vivere la città. - Qualità del riposo: I letti sono estremamente comodi e garantiscono un ottimo riposo dopo lunghe giornate a spasso. - Servizio e flessibilità: Il personale si è dimostrato sempre celere e disponibile nell'esaudire le nostre richieste speciali. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di usufruire del late check-out, anche se la tariffa applicata (200$) ci è sembrata un po' cara.
− - Climatizzazione poco confortevole: L'aria condizionata è posizionata in modo da puntare direttamente sui letti, rendendo il flusso d'aria davvero fastidioso e poco confortevole durante la notte. - Dotazioni della camera da rivedere: Abbiamo riscontrato l'assenza di un frigorifero in stanza (ormai uno standard base per molte categorie) e la presenza di una cassaforte decisamente obsoleta. - Mancanza di una vera caffetteria o bar panoramico: Sebbene sia presente uno spazio aperto tipo ristorante dove viene servita la colazione (Foundry Kitchen), manca del tutto una vera e propria caffetteria informale o un rooftop bar per la sera. Un'assenza che in un hotel a 5 stelle a New York si fa sentire. In conclusione, è un hotel valido per la posizione strategica e il comfort dei letti, ma diversi aspetti strutturali e di servizio meritano una rinfrescata per essere davvero all'altezza della categoria.

Lekker verblijf, super ligging.
9.0Locatie top , dicht bij metro en veel restaurants .
− Speciaal Kamer met grote 2 persoonsbedden ( Queens) genomen omdat we met 3 personen waren. ( 2 pubers en volwassene) waren toch niet heel breed . Wel hele lekkere bedden.
