4.0Die Gartenanlage war sehr schön und grosszügig.
− Das Bad war schimmelig in jeder Fuge, der Boden kaputt. Bis 01:30 Nacht war die Musik in der Anlage so laut, dass an schlafen nicht zu denken war. Der Rest an lauten Gästen war unangenehm. Das Frühstück war lieblos aber okay- bei nachfragen wurde nachgefüllt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich ausser die Rezeption war unbrauchbar und unhöflich.

− The breakfast lacked variety and food was not regularly replenished. The room was extremely cold, especially at night. Despite contacting reception multiple times, the issue was never resolved, significantly affecting our sleep. Very disappointing for a luxury hotel.
