This is a dirty, overpriced hotel pretending to be more

− Stay somewhere else. Truly don’t understand how this can call itself a 4 star hotel. Their photos don’t correspond to reality and I feel like it is a scam for the money. The hotel is dirty from the reception to the rooms. The rooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, they only change the bedsheets, which were stained on our second night. There is dust and sticky floors, the bathroom flooded on our first day. Some Google reviews mention cockroaches too which we didn’t see but I frankly expected to. The bathroom is particularly gross but there is dust everywhere and the furniture/curtains/carpets haven’t been cleaned in a long time and need to be replaced. The tv of course doesn’t work - or it does but it only has one channel. Somehow. What’s worse is that we asked the staff twice to clean the room properly, one time the maid came to quickly hoover the (old, stained carpet with cigarette burns) - no cleaning of surfaces or anything like that. The balcony is so filthy you would never spend a minute there. The location is also extremely dirty and loud - it is convenient if you want to be close to centre and see some of the edgy suburbs but it is not worth the extra 5 min walk. It also feels like you are staying in a student dorm or hostel because there is 0 insulation so you hear every neighbour, on top of being on an extremely loud, dusty street.

− The elevators, very small and slow. Long waiting times sometimes and only at the rooftop level you can see where the elevator is.. on all the others floors l, you’re just waiting blind.
