− Via mail ci era stato comunicato che gli appartamenti erano privi di aria condizionata e dotati solo di ventilatori. Alla reception questa informazione ci è stata data nuovamente e ci è stato chiesto se preferissimo andare in un'altra struttura. Dato che le previsioni meteo davano una temperatura notturna di 21 gradi non ero preoccupato del caldo. Il problema è che l'appartamento aveva un'aria sola, con le due finestre rivolte nella stessa direzione ed è stato impossibile arieggiare. La temperatura esterna era gradevolissima ma all'interno è stato quasi impossibile dormire. Se avessi avuto questa informazione avrei scelto un'altra struttura.

8.0La ubicación estaba bien, tenía conexión con el metro a pocos metros con lo que te podías mover fácilmente y también había un restaurante bufé justo a la vuelta por si llegabas tarde y no querías perder tiempo en buscar dónde comer.
− El desayuno me pareció bastante pobre. Uno de los días literalmente se quedaron sin comida para reponer, y nos juntamos varios clientes sin poder tomar ni café. Terminaron devolviendo el dinero del desayuno, pero fue la sensación de incomprensión y quedarte tirado probablemente por falta de previsión.
