− Check in demorado, problema na chaveadora, dependemos de apoio pra acessar o quarto todas as vezes. Ar condicionado do nosso quarto não estava funcionando, no segundo dia solicitamos troca do quarto devido a falta de ar cond, descemos com as malas cfe orientadopara fazer a troca e havia fila de check in (demorado, as pessoas impacientes), furei a fila e pedi que me informassem quando a troca de quarto estivesse pronta, e novamente retornei com minha familia e malas para o quarto. Ja era passado das 21:30 e estavamos cansados, por fim pediram novamente pra descer com as malas e efetuaram a troca. Quando chegamos no quarto novo nao havia a cama adicional para nosso filho, tivemos que solicitar e aguardar. Enfim, padrao de serviço não condiz com o nivel do hotel. Sem contar o preço do cafe da manha, 134,00/pessoa, extremamente abusivo. Ps.: chegamos sexta e saimos domingo, a chaveadora ainda nao estava funcionando, viajo semanalmente a trabalho nos ultimos 10 anos, nunca havia passado por isso, quLquer horal 3 estrelas faz check in mais agil e eficiente.
