− Pulizia della camera scarsa, help desk migliorabile, mancavano asciugamani, saponi, etc. Francamente da un 4 stelle non me lo sarei aspettato e onestamente non mi era mai capitato
Good hotel but hotel communication was unsatisdactory
8.0The hotel was clean and has std room. The breakfast was good. The location was also good , it was next to metro station and was easy to reach.
− We couldn’t establish healty communication with the hotel unless we messaged to hotel days before. We messaged to hotel but they replied after we reached the hotel. The breakfast was too crowded and the staff didn’t inform it to us by checkin ( most hotels inform their guest by checkin session)Because we could arrange our breakfast time according it. There was no wc’s on the ground floor , you have to go -1 floor.
