8.0Amplasamentul in Nisa și faptul că a avut balcon.
− Faptul că trebuie să îți faci singur curat, altfel ți se percepe o taxă și că nu alimentează cu pliculețe de ness/ceai/zahăr zilnic (sau să ai pentru întreaga perioadă în care stai acolo din start, nu numai pentru prima zi) - nu cred că erau mari costuri...sau mai adaugă câțiva euro la preț, dar nu mă obliga să îmi cumpăr singur, să mă rog de recepționeri sau să ies afară și să beau la o terasă (asta dacă este deschis). In rest, numai de bine!
