L'emplacement nous a offert un séjour idéal mais le service est à revoir, pas digne d'un 5 étoiles.
6.0L'emplacement est ce qui a de mieux! nous étions à côté de tellement d'endroits. Beaucoup de choses à visiter à 10-15min à pieds de l'hôtel. La décoration et le theme de l'hôtel sont dans l'ensemble jolis. Le bar/restaurant est super, avec de bons cocktails et un service sans faute. Les doormans sont super acceuillants et souriants!
− La propreté. Nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois, le matin, à l’accueil et à la femme de ménage de passer l’aspirateur dans la chambre, un service qui me paraît pourtant primordial dans le nettoyage quotidien d’une chambre. Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes et avons également dû réclamer le bon nombre de serviettes, de peignoirs et de chaussons, pourtant censés être mis à disposition dans la chambre dès notre arrivée. Le personnel d’accueil est gentil, mais sans plus. Rien n’est vraiment digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, si ce n’est le magnifique extérieur de l’établissement et le bar/restaurant.

8.0− There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom. The heating and air-conditioning controls would only do air not heat. This caused us to blanket up overnight for a couple of nights.
