9.0The room itself was great all around. Bed was comfy and pillows were great.
− Being on the 11th floor was not high enough to not hear the blaring EMS's at all hours. Then there were the many times that the restaurant did not answer the phone when I wanted room service - at least 3-4 times during my stay. those are my only complaints.
