This is a clean hotel with a terrific location for people wanting to spend their days at the beach!
8.0The location was unbeatable. The hotel is just a step away from the beach and has wonderful beach views. There are restaurants and even a surfing school right outside of the hotel. The room was clean and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and beach.
− The air conditioner was a bit annoying. It would constantly go on and off in the middle of the night. We tried opening up the windows, but being we were there on a weekend in August, late night fun was being had outside and the sound funneled into our hotel room with the windows open. We were aware we were staying in a busy and exciting location, so we were not surprised by the noise. Parking was satisfactory, but some of the spots were a tight fit. We also wish our room had a shower and not a tub. The tub was a bit hard to climb into. Because of the surfing school on the beach in front of the hotel, you are unable to swim in the water without a boogie board or surfboard. You have to go south or north of the hotel beach.

Great staff great location needs updating
5.0I love the location of the property. The staff was very very friendly. Unfortunately, I had a junior suite that when the couch was pulled out, it completely blocked walking out the front door. I had to go sideways and shimmy my way around. Also, the bathroom was rusted and in poor repair.
