10.0We had a wonderful stay at the Kinzie Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, making it very easy to explore Chicago. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
