1.0Le hall et la réception sont joliment décorés, et le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant. Malheureusement, ce sont les seuls points positifs de cet établissement.
− Une expérience très décevante, qui ne justifie absolument pas les 4 étoiles annoncées. Le hall et la réception sont joliment décorés, et le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant. Malheureusement, ce sont les seuls points positifs de cet établissement. Les chambres sont vieillottes et mériteraient une rénovation, notamment au niveau de la literie et des sanitaires, qui sont clairement à revoir. Le confort n’est pas au rendez-vous, avec en plus des problèmes de température de l’eau qui passe brusquement du chaud au froid, sans prévenir. À cela s’ajoutent des bruits de moteur de climatisation audibles dans tout le couloir, ce qui nuit fortement au calme et au confort du séjour. Le parking est également payant à la journée, ce qui représente un coût supplémentaire déjà peu appréciable au vu de la qualité des prestations proposées. En conclusion, les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel me semblent totalement injustifiées. Le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais et le tarif demandé est largement excessif pour un établissement de ce niveau. Au vu de l’état des chambres et des différents désagréments rencontrés, cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas un tel classement ni de tels prix. Je suis très déçue de cette expérience et je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

− Uno de los ascensores se encontraba en mal estado, nos daba un poco de miedo usarlo por el sonido. La ventana de la habitación estaba dañada y se escuchaba todo el ruido del exterior, adicional el aire acondicionado se apagaba solo y no enfriaba el ambiente

− Een 4 sterrenhotel verwacht je wel wat meer. Zowiezo veel dingen, deuren, kapot. Onze badkamer was de korte spoelstop van de wc kapot. Wc bril los. Bij ontbijt verwacht je van een 4 sterren dat je wel cappuccino kan krijgen maar alleen zwarte koffie . In een thermoskan melk. Alleen roerei in een bak. Personeel ook niet echt vriendelijk als je wat vraagt. Hebben tijdens onze reis door costa blanca 3 sterrenhotels gehad en die waren echt stukken beter. Kortom viel tegen
