9.0Ein großes Dankeschön an Danwil! Meine Eltern waren für ein paar Tage in Prag. Besonders positiv möchten sie Dawil an der Rezeption erwähnen. Er war sehr freundlich, geduldig und hilfsbereit. Beim Einchecken hat er ihnen alles verständlich erklärt und gezeigt. Dank seiner Unterstützung haben sie sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Für Daniel persönlich gibt es von uns die beste Bewertung! Leider empfanden meine Eltern die Unterstützung durch die anderen Mitarbeitenden als wenig hilfreich. Wegen der Sprachbarriere – meine Eltern sprechen Russisch und etwas Deutsch – hätten sie sich mehr Geduld und Entgegenkommen gewünscht. Sie hatten teilweise das Gefühl, dass man sich nicht bemühen wollte, sie zu verstehen. Umso mehr wissen wir Daniels Einsatz zu schätzen. Vielen, vielen Dank für deine Hilfe und deine herzliche Art!

Schönes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Mangel
8.0Das Zimmer war modern, gemütlich und komfortabel. Es war sauber, die Bettwäsche war frisch und sauber. Für zwei Personen war das Zimmer relativ geräumig. Duschgel und Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden. Das WLAN war gut. Insgesamt ein schönes und angenehmes Zimmer
− Eines der beiden Badetücher hatte auf einer Seite schwarze Flecken und roch unangenehm muffig. Ich kann nicht sagen, ob es sich um Flecken handelte, die sich nicht mehr auswaschen lassen. Das war der einzige wirkliche Minuspunkt.
