10.0Struttura moderna e con tutti i servizi funzionanti. Gestito da ragazzi giovani gentili.
− Le condizioni di pulizia non erano molto buone … la camera aveva il bagno con un odore forte di fogna nonostante fossimo al 3 piano e le tende erano sporche come i materassi. Anche le aree comuni non erano pulitissime. Tutto comunque sopportabile considerando il prezzo che si paga.

1.0The location is okay
− We booked our stay last minute (not even 24 hours in advance). When we arrived to the room we found out our water was not working (no shower, toilet,sink,..) I went to the lobby to ask about this and the person in charge said it would take max 2 hours and it should be fine. After 4 hours I go back down to use the toilet in the lobby and I see a guy washing himself by the sink. I talk to him and apparently the water has been down for the last two days. The sold us a faulty room knowing there is no water. When I asked about it again the person at the lobby was irritated and just gave me an email address to send an email to. After sending an email they told me they are willing to offer 15% credit, which is absurd considering they knew our room was faulty. Another person at the lobby showed the receptionist a video of there room being flooded and her reaction was “that’s impossible, there is no water on the floor” I will never stay here again and I still expect a full refund for my stay here
