− Building work outside window room 513 early morning and awoken by constant noise
Great location for Chicago visit
9.0Great location. Easy to walk to the Bean and museums, or walk north for some retail shopping. Boats for architecture tours are close by. Lots of food options within 10-20min walk. Free water provided daily.

4.0− I'm so disappointed that I can not get the invoice for the room charge I paid. The Booking.com told me the hotel shall be responsible to issue this invoice directly to customer, but the hotel refuse to do so. I do not know where is the problem, but as the customer, I can not get the invoice for the amount I paid, this is so strange and completely unacceptable!

− Slow elevators which seemed original, ill equipped to cover the needs of a 30 plus floor facility. Halls throughout the hotel were dark and dingy. Sliding shower door wouldn't stay shut during actual shower. The well advertised roof top deck had a private event on Saturday and was closed Sunday and Monday as well which apparently is the schedule but no where was it posted or explained during check in Really poor, disappointing experience especially considering it was $1,500 for 3 nights with no breakfast included. Spend your money somewhere else. Lousy experience
