9.0近くの空港からトラムでほぼ直通で移動できるので使いやすいホテル。フィレンツェ・サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ駅も目の前なので移動手段もよい。ホテル自体は少し古い感じがするが、入り口は回転式ドアで、朝食は地下のフロアにありバイキング形式で美味しくいただくことができました。昔から創業している感はあるものの部屋の掃除も行き届いており快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクやちょっとしたお菓子などが部屋にあり、ホテルから歓迎されているような気分になりました。
− エレベーターが小さいので階段を使う方が早い場合があります。部屋によっては冷房の効きが悪いところがあるらしいので（特に奥の方で上階が該当するようである）暑い時期に行くときは部屋のエアコンの設定を強くする、窓を開けるなどの対策は必要なようです。ミニバーは部屋に記載があるドリンク類は有料でした。
