hotel decidido em cima da hora e foi uma grande surpresa, Hotel lindo, ganhamos upgrade do quarto. O hotel fica em frente a praça, a vista da piscina e do quarto sao perfeitas, e a equipe que nos atendeu, é fora do comum. Luisa e Analissa da repecpçao, Francisco da piscina e a toda educaçao de Francesca no cafe da manha, ganharam nossos coraçoes. Na propria recepçao do hotel, conseguimos alugar um barco o que deixou nossa estadia ainda mais especial.

Stunning hotel in best location

Everything was superb. The staff were so helpful and accommodating to our needs, the breakfast was delicious, everything was sparkling clean and the location for Ortigia was unbeatable.

− The price of wine at the hotel bars. It was €18 for a glass which is pretty extortionate considering the beer was only €7. In the mornings, from our room on the first floor, we could hear staff making lots of noise while they were working and talking very loudly. Luckily, this was only that noticeable closer to the door which is not where our bed was.

Beautiful hotel in a really good location within really easy walking distance to all the food places and wee shops… great staff also… BUT and it’s a big thing… Do not book sea facing rooms if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night… there’s a pop up niteclub at the waters edge that went on until 2:30 am both of those nights And it was loud Unless you like that kind of thing obvs Apart from that it would have been an easy 5 star so if you are staying during the week you’ll love it (the Sunday was peaceful)
