Great for o2 access
9.0We had a lovely time here. Its close to the o2 arena so it was easy for us to get to a concert. We used the cable car to get there which was close and easy to use. The hotel informed us that if we show our concert tickets while booking the cable car we get a discounted fair, which we did.
− I had a slight mishap while booking which we didn't realise until the day before we checked in. I booked for 1 adult and child instead of 2 adults. So I had to book a separate room for for my wife.
Great staff and care needed on the upkeep of the rooms.
6.0Location is excellent for the excel and docklands with a secure carpark next door.
− Rooms a little tired and fire alarm sensor beeping all night in the corridor.

− A bit more clearer when it comes to the parking. It said it included parking on the Booking.com website but didn't say we had to pay extra in advance as there wasn't any when we arrived.
Nice place, close to the tube and the new part of Greenwich.
