− The gym and spa are at extra costs. The rooms have a connecting door to the next room and at 2am my neighbor was trying to break into my room. It was frightening
Nice hotel but not as advertised.

− No swimming pool, despite one being advertised.
Leider zwei Tage nicht geschlafen wg. der Luft und Temperaturen im Zimmer.
3.0Die Lage ist super.
− Eine einzige Katastrophe: Die Temperatur im Zimmer permanent auf "30 Grad". Obwohl die Gardinen ganztägig zugezogen waren, die Klimaanlage auf niedrigster Temperatur 24 h lief, und die Sonne nicht hineinscheinen konnte. Die Beschwerde an der Rezeption nach einem Tag wurde abgetan. Am Ende auch. So war es bei meinen Geschwistern in den anderen Zimmern leider ebenfalls. Wenn die Klimaanlage nicht wirkt/nicht wirken kann, sollte man das dem Gast (vorher) sagen und ihn nicht als überempfindlichen Nörgler behandeln. Für so ein Haus ist das nicht akzeptabel.
