− Das es bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich gewesen ist, dass das Gym und der Pool nicht im Preis inkludiert ist. Es war nicht möglich es extra zu buchen, also bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass es inklusiv benutzen ist .

10.0We had a lovely 5-night stay at the Dorint Hotel am Heumarkt Cologne. We booked a Superior Double Room and were really impressed with how spacious it was, the amazing views, and the huge bathroom. The room was comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to Lorenzo at reception, who was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was a great choice for our stay in Cologne, and we would happily recommend it to others. We would definitely stay here again

− Zum wiederholten Mal dauert es beim Check Inn ewig .1 Person am Counter und nach 30 Min Wartezeit kam noch eine 2 Dame hinzu .Mit einem Kaffee Becher in der Hand .Das mit der sehr langen Wartezeit wiederholt sich jedes Mal wenn ich anreise
