9.0The location is very good, plenty of parking spaces (11£ per day) and bus/tram stops nearby. The room was spacious enough, with everything you might need for a short stay. The staff was helpful.
− The breakfast is way worse than the overall hotel experience. I mean, there IS food, you would not starve, but very few options and every day are the same. The breakfast is until 10, but you have to be there at 9 at the latest, or most of the options are gone. Coffee machines are for instant coffee only, not beans.
Check out delayed by 20/30 mins as cleaning not completed, rooms ok, breakfast staff friendly, good location

− Quite noisy, an alarm went off at midnight it was incredibly loud as it sounded in the room. There are no phones in the rooms and we didn’t see any staff at the time to explain if there was an emergency. Pillows are pretty terrible unfortunately and the lifts are noisy so thats disruptive if your room is near one.
